The computer network and hardware technician is in charge of installing, diagnosing, and maintaining computer hardware systems as well as installing software.
This position is also responsible for providing both online and in-person technical support in a fast-paced work environment, which includes troubleshooting hardware problems, installing networks and systems on computers, writing technical specifications, maintaining hardware, software, and peripherals, and performing secure system imaging.

• Provide online and in-person technical support, including installation, maintenance and repair of laptops, desktops and peripherals.
• Install network and setup new branches.
• Diagnose and repair computers and all other network-related equipment.
• Understand complex technical issues, manage them within a fast-paced business environment and maintain all the software and hardware in relation to security.
• Conduct proactive research to analyze hardware and software issues and recommend appropriate strategies.
• Implement a virus detection system beforehand for sound safety and resolve the existing security issue including hardware malfunctions.
• Report hardware and software products as per designated policies and supervise the installation of new software and hardware.
• Responsible for period vulnerability testing, lead remediation projects and articulate systems and methodologies as well as replay to security-related events and support in remediation efforts.
