Job description
Telesom Company seeks a proactive and creative Consumer Marketing Officer to play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies for promoting Telesom's products and services to consumer segments.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Telesom's products and services.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services to consumer segments.
- Utilize a variety of marketing channels to effectively connect with and engage a diverse consumer base, ultimately promoting growth and customer retention. These channels include digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, SMS and mobile marketing, traditional advertising, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, direct mail, referral and loyalty programs, influencer and affiliate marketing, event marketing, public relations (PR), and community engagement.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide insights for ongoing improvement.
- Design and implement event-marketing initiatives, such as hosting or sponsoring events to directly engage consumers, and participating in trade shows, webinars, workshops, and product launches.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging marketing materials and content.
- Customize marketing messages to effectively reach target audiences.
- Gain a thorough understanding of consumer segments through data analysis and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Demonstrated success in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Solid understanding of consumer marketing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong ability to analyze market data and campaign performance metrics.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to develop creative marketing strategies.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
