Job description
Telesom Company seeks a field Marketing Officer focusing on international organizations & businesses and expats typically handles a range of responsibilities tailored to reach these specific demographics.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Telesom's products and services.
- Gain a thorough understanding of international organizations and expat communities to understand their needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.) to effectively reach international organizations and expats.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging and materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in international organizations and expat communities.
- Manage lead generation initiatives and conversion efforts.
- Organize and participate in events, conferences, and trade shows relevant to international organizations and expats.
- Represent the organization professionally and engage with attendees to promote products/services.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion within international organizations and expat communities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management show casing results and insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, international relations, or a related field required.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably with a focus on B2B marketing, international markets, or expat services.
Competencies
- Solid understanding of international organizations, businesses and expats.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong ability to analyze market data and campaign performance metrics.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to develop creative marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
